New Terrain style

First of all: The terrain really looks beautiful.

But one think I wanna mention. The roads will make problems. They will overlay the terrain and disturb this beautiful view. And they hardly could be seen, what will be a real problem at playing. I have no idea to solve it, but perhaps someone else has an idea.

The irrigations look great.

One thing you should keep in mind is that you have all the tiles full and that will cause them to stick out over the water on coastal tiles. Firaxis has an intended pattern that the game follows for the most part and I have attached a diagram to show how each tile is intended to be used.

The lines show the side of the tile that connects to another irrigation and the spray is the irrigation.

The graphic comes from Legion and Chariots with my modifications to the padformat in CIV III.
It is all for an new Ancient + Medieval Scenario for CIV III.

It is possible, to change the size of the pads in irrigations and others like LM mountains file ? This is the way to place the full pads in the high.
And it is also possible, to chane the size of the resourses pads ?

pads? are you speaking of the tiles (ie one square)?
 
Here are the additional bonusthings in the beginning of my ancient / medieval game. 5 for the northlands and 4 for the southlands. In my upcoming scenario these bonusthings I will set in a very small spreading and after historical yardsticks, like important graves, treasures etc.

mercenaries: germanic / greek / syrian / orient / egypt /italian...
and many many more comes later.

Mercenaries-symbols in the city view:

Mercenaries are the only troop types, which do not need a point of population to the recruitment. They can no follow an citypopulation. The buildupcosts are very high and they need Support. Being omitted of this military resource is very very highly adjusted. Mercenaries can also not to be upgraded to a higher lever unit.
