It is a "what if" unit, and a flavour unit for the Aztecs so they dont have armoured european knights running around AFAIK

Aztec Words:

Horse (from Spanish: Caballo) = cahuayotl (sing.), cahuayomeh (plur.)
Horseman (for Spaniards)= Cototzyetiuhqui (literally one who "cuts down (and/or 'dismembers') with ease")
Sir/Master (Señor)= (words ending with "-pilli"/ or containing "-tlacatl")
Warrior = Teyaochihuani (Champion of War/Battle); Soldier = Teyaotlani

My suggestion would be to put together something out of:
Cahuayo (horse), Teya (battle/war) and Huani (champion), and perhaps adding an "-atl" (from -tlacatl)... i.e.

Teyacahuanatl ("War-horse-master" or '-lord') or
Teyacahuahuani ("War-horse-champion")
