Your guess is as good as mine as to how long a "little while" is.

well I'm actually happy if it is only a few days delay... but since I'm hyped, I'm also disappointed. Nevertheless, Aspyr did a good port, I didn't have any problems so far (that are not in the PC version too).

We always strive to push content first and then cross-platform. Meaning, we work to make sure the content is an AWESOME experience before pushing it out to other platforms. So don't be sad, ****! Civ VI is worth waiting for. Save sad for when you've stayed up 6+ hours playing Civ VI and you suddenly realize the sun has come up and you have to go to work. Apparently both the Linux and Mac patches are now live on Steam. Post here if anyone has problems getting them.

Hmmm, I'll post that update in the patch anticipation thread where someone (usually quite reliable) reported that the patches were live.

No. They keep updating the macinternalqa, as can be seen ob steamdb. Maybe Aspyr was not joking when they said weeks last Thursday. I originally thought they meant 'not this week anymore'. But now the next week's workdays are almost over and still no patch. So it really is 'weeks'.

And this is why I run Bootcamp/Windows 10 to run Civ 6. Aspyr wants me to pay the same for less game, because I'm on a Mac. And I'm not doing it.

An aspyr post in the steam mac discussion today says they're waiting for approvals
No idea how long that usually takes but it's something
