Quite. Though at this point it almost feels like its become a running joke that they seem to be unable to fix such a highly visible and irritating bug.
And I checked that this is an easy fix (not core or DLL related, just script). Was fixed in one of the fan mods. QGUI or so? I just don't wan't to use mods at this stage.

Its taking longer then anticipated to complete this game with Rome. I thought I might have a handle on it but idk now,LOL

turn off updates just to be sure.

SDK updated 5 mins ago
that other app updated 2 mins ago

wth is going on?
The history says they're just changing the changenumbers because Steam is weird. But who knows.

I was the messenger that brought the bad news about the last item built bug. Really hope, indeed, that it'll be fixed in the patch.

Yea but I dont believe that. If that was try why is the other stuff NEVER updated? Must be just repackaging
SDK just went again.

Yeah, it only ever seems to happen to stuff that is active.

And the other thing just went again.

boths those apps updated again and a new linux qa is live
This Linux update is similar to the Mac update from this morning. Fewer items changed. Hopefully it's the last.

All this hype can almost only disappoint :) but then again I expect nothing anymore from Firaxis...

They started the last stream with a bunch of merchandise - how low can you really sink? If the game is great and working, then I'm ok with it, but at the current state of the game I cringed pretty hard and stopped watching when it was obvious that there was ZERO patch info. It was like those trailers for a trailer about a movie...

Though I agree in the merchandise stuff being pretty meh, they actually did talk a bit about the coming team multiplayer. And I think the scenario looks rather interesting.

We're going to have to organize an intervention for some of you guys. :)

Haha, personally I'm glued to this thread more because I have the itch to play some civ, but like quite a few others I don't see the point of getting into the middle of a good game and then having the patch drop. I know I could turn off updates, but I also know I'll just end up being unable to resist the urge to try out the changes right away  Same problem with playing something else to pass the time instead - I'll just end up getting pulled away by the lure of the patch when it arrives!
