Fools you into believing something completely erroneous, for example that acquired qualities can be passed on genetically. And all the beakers you invested while he was around are scrapped and count for nothing. During the fiftten turns, every scientist in your civilization generates one :mad:.

Umm, you realize that the business cycle, inflation, and hyperinflation all existed long before fiat money? Just to let you know, speeches by Ron Paul are not a good source for actual history.

Also unlocks the Pinkerton not so Great Spy.

Has double normal visual radius, but may see units that are not there.
If infiltrated, produces +50% :espionage: than normal, but also creates large phantom armies that will only disappear when attacked.
If settled, eliminates :mad: from whipping in that city, but gives +1:mad: in every city.
