NotW XXXI: It's a Long Story (Game Thread)

THE ORDER. We do not need those kinds of people in our council.

OOC: For those who don't know FfH, Order is the most righteous and good religion in the game. Any empire that follows order is considered a "good" empire.

ORDER, then.

Governments can be bribed. Order, we cannot bribe.

The quiet councilor stands up slowly for his walk around the room. He wanders over to the center table and looks dejectedly at the items up for vote, none of them are any use to him. He marks his name on the order column of the proposal and then limps back to a seat near the edge of the council chamber

All aboard! All aboard! All aboard the bandwagon! J-man

Seems we have this government under control, I think it's best to dissuade the ORDER from sticking their noses into our business.

On another note, I'm conceding the map vote to CCRunner (those who supported me in that vote will still be rewarded, so worry not my friends).

The outspoken councilor stand up and says with some anger:"What's this? I being the target of bandwagon? Ridiculous Winston. The primary reason I accused him on the first place is that we have hardly heard from him, he has spoken only twice. It seems to me that that is a more valid reason then just going after the one who accused to strong councilor. Especially since you accused him first!

If the strong one decides to speak up however. I will retract my accusation.

I think we should stop the ORDER, they seem the most dangerous. The government, we can deal with later."

Order, of course. As Seon says, governments may be bribed.

I think we must ask what purpose tuxedohamm serves here. He barely speaks, and yet the Priest of Winter was eager to protect him.

Couldn't hurt to keep the ORDER away

Seon, you were just a little too eager to bandwagon J-man. I think for a few reasons:

You are trying to protect your buddy Stuck in Pi. Yea, I know you're working with him. Here's how:
In our conversations, you revealed needing to find an item. Stuck in Pi revealed the same to me as well. I also found out Stuck in Pi is the one who possesses the ability to improve items, not Sprig. Sprig can only destroy them, and along with a few other people you were among those who voted every item to him. I've also found out that the three of you aim to acquire a large sum of money, with which you intend to destroy the Undercouncil with. Sprig's ability to destroy items into gold would certainly go a long way with that, and as the late Nictel pointed out we have no way to determine how much an item is worth. As long as he gives something to those he promised, who would question the true worth of the item? Say an item is worth 50 gold, he claims it's worth 20, then gives out 4 gold each to his 'investors.' He's still pocketing 30.

So in conclusion, Sprig, Stuck in Pi, and Seon are all here to destroy the Undercouncil with money. Sprig and Stuck in Pi at least have useful abilities that could be used to aid the Undercouncil - Seon, it would seem you do not. I would encourage those who are true to the Undercouncil to do the same.

Disquisition may have the gold. And I vote Order.

"You seem certain, Backwards Logic. I'll go with your suspicions and vote for the execution of Seon. We should be careful about voting items to Sprig from now on."
