My email server has been known to drop meesages without my knowing. So if I do not reply to the email or post within a day, then I did not get it.
In principal (or principle?), I agree with Dogboy and Dazz_G. The receiver needs to notify the sender that the file was received.

So it seems TIm would rather post here. So If I do not see his post within a day, I will resend to him.
If Ruff_Hi perfers me to ack via email, I will. Otherwise I will post here.
As a compromise, Dazz_G could just change the subject line on his reply so Tim won't freak out so easily.
