The Republic of France sees no reason to fight. Belgium, in fact, attacked us first. We have photographs and general's reports to prove this. Belgium is also a primarily French origined country (might I add that you also own French soverign soil) and we can be justified for claimed waht was ours.
Nevertheless, we are willing to withdraw from belgium under the followiing agreement.
-Antwerp is given to France.
-Calais is given back to France.

Why not simplify things? Let us have a Grand Alliance of Russia, France, Second Mexican Empire, and Austria. We don't need a complex chain.
