I do not want to extend the deadline, but if this many people are missing, then I cannot do the update. Since I am doing USA time, 3 hours till bonus, 27 to deadline. I may have to push the final deadline back. Please do not do that, and please send orders

I would think if Russia and Great Britain get their orders, you could proceed. The rest are smaller powers and worst case they could sit and do nothing for a turn. Or you could choose to punish them with random events. Either way, please do not extend deadline. It’s not fair to the rest of us who got their orders in on time.

Am heading home after 4 days of driving, just waiting for the plows to finish up the canyon. Will have orders in about 2 hours.

Would be glad to see the snowstorm leave to bug you.
Seriously though, I would like it to leave, we have had 3 feet of snow dumped here already, and this snowstorm dumped two more feet. All 4 of the city's road connections to the outside world are canyons and they close on a daily basis sometimes for the whole day and schools struggle to stay open.
My wife tells me that the local schools closed 3 times this week today included. Businesses, even Wal-Mart closed never opened and snowplows couldn't compete with the 'Storm King'.
In all I am glad to actually make it home today.
But there is some good news, they city has a team of choppers with skilled pilots ready to fly in the middle of a storm just to bring supplies in. And if this fails then we still have our airport which can land a cargo plane and keeps their runway clear with a team of 5 plows.
