By the way, are Trucks, Cargo Ships and Cargo Planes bought on some kind of global market or from other Companies (a company that produces warship should be able to produce cargo ship, same with bombers/cargo planes and armored vehicles/trucks)

What does the 0/3 mean? How does it work? What does the Tech Level mean and work? Are there any restrictions?
EDIT: opps, 0/3 means 3 ICs, Right? And Tech level means how new it is an how they would like it... How ever, Are there any Speed/Armour restrictions other than "Up to 10"? Is It going up every time one passes 5 Tech levels? I.e, In the future, someone will have 25 tech and Speed/Armour restrictions are up to 15?
