The USR warns that should any attempt by Vietname to secure land in Panama be made it will lead to disastor. The USA must admit to the Latino rights of the lands, and should they be infringed upon, there will be no peace in Panama. We will not stand for an Asian presense in our world.
We will not interfer as long as the land remains under US jurisdiction.
However, we must note the Vietnamese attempt to "imperialise" the lands of others when they were just "devoting theirselves to preventing the western imperialism". Once again, blatant rhetoric rises out of the marshes of Asia.
Finally, the USR announces a complete cut in ties- diplomatic and all other forms- with the foolish regime of Vietnam. Those who claim to hold the cause of the people to their hearts, and then come up with these ideas, are no ally of ours. Your puppet regime may serve your Japanese overlords as you wish.

Your pathetic Country must not worry. All Diplomatic ties are to be severed. If the US is still willing to work on the Canal we are willing to take them up on their offer that the canal be shared between us.

We have no intrest in Imperialism, we however due have intrest in improving the lifes of the people in all countries. a Canal through Panama would bring new jobs and buisness to Panama, countries of Europe will have an alternative route to the Pacific rather then passing going through Africa or around your continental Empire.

I am a communist in that I feel the world does need some help and that Communism could work. but I dont see it working as predicted by Marx. I think for something to really work, it needs to be evenly mixed together. Capitalism and Communism. Together they could do much good for the people.

in this alternate history, what happened to the Caliphate?
IRL, the Ottoman sultan was the Caliph. But here, the Ottoman reign is no more. However, IRL, when the Ottoman monarchy was abolished, the Caliphate was preserved (for a few more months before passing to full secularism in 1924), so it is possible even if I'm not Ottomans. I need to know if Turkey is secular before going into the next lap of diplomacy.

I currently live in the US of A. But I was born in Mother Russia, in Leningrad. Its been so long since I've been to Russia, I haven't been able to return due to money problems. I remember it as such a beautiful place. The Winter Palace, The Kremlin.
The US is a modern country, it comemorates it past but in Russia, well, you can have a great sense of your past. We had some horrible leaders (Stalin, Ivan the Terrible) and we've had some great ones such as Peter the Great, and Vladimir Lenin (Many would argue about him being a great man, however I feel its important to understand that during the revolution, the world was in a bad situation. War was not only next door but the Civil War was tearing Russia apart. Lenin saved Russia, thats just my opinion.
