Probably already reported, but right side notifications about war and peace often display wrong flags, no flags or missing text ("xxx made peace with!").

Recaptured terrain can go wrong:
  1. USSR conquered Cluj-Napoca and all its terrain.
  2. I liberated Cluj-Napoca and all its terrain, but USSR units conquered a single, enclaved tile near the northern border to Hungary before being destroyed.
  3. I did not manually reconquered that tile.
  4. I went for the near Presov that was in USSR hand too, and when I liberated it, this tile was returned to Slovakia instead that to Romania, even if there is not territorial continuity (Hungary is in the middle).

M11-39 remain in the Italian building list even after later variants are available (i.e M11-41).

If you liberate the tiles of a neutral city-state you will get a diplomatic bonus, but after turn ends, you will get a bigger penalty from occupying its terrain... hey, just give me the time to move! :)

P.S. Europe 1939-1945, v30 (data v4).

Maximum damage to a city from aircraft doesn't seem to apply to the AI, but is applying to me - meaning the AI can take cities much more easily than I.

Is this a 'feature' or a bug?
 
Is version 4 compatible with older saves? And also before I didn't have fall of France issues and now I do.
The data files mod is compatible with previous saves, and it does not change anything related to the fall of events.

One other thing, when I play as UK in 1936, French territory is all dark. Is it supposed to be that way?
What you mean "dark" ?

I suppose it is, until they are set as a team, if they are in this scenario.

Will version 31 fix the issue of not being able to build fighters as America?

bug since civ patch .674 :(

I'll need to completely take control of AI bombers to fix it. There is a partial fix with v.31, the bug occurs only if the city is captured the same turn.
 
Okay, thanks Gedemon. It's a shame because it does distort the game slightly,

No, it is more than ten turns now.

Probably a tile conquered is somehow "connected" to the nearest city of the conqueror.
If this happens to be an occupied city, when you liberate it, it will give all its "connected" tiles to the city's original owner.

If you check the file attached, you'll see this problem near Cluj-Napoca and near Sophia (where Greeks conquered Bulgarian tiles that went to me when I conquered Kavala - notice that I never was at war with Bulgaria).

Also, in this file you'll see the problems that I mentioned here: look at Syria land and at the single city in Algeria I retained.

If you don't disable it, you can just go to options in game!
 
Another report, Whole world 1936 crashes after first turn, it may be due to the spitfire appearing in the middle of the egypt, not a city :confused:
 
Having a few issues. playing France,1936 map. I currently have built 6 R-35 units, but now I cannot build them anymore. It looks like there is a unit limit for certain units on the 1936 map, because I had the same issues as Russia and Italy. Also, my unit matenence rises by 1 per turn, for no reason at all. Are these on purpose, or bugs?
 
Also, Russia, 1939 map, crashes first turn, every time.

EDIT: Turned on limited embarkation, works fine now.

I have the last update of the game.

The fog of war remains after France and UK become an Alliance, in matter of fact the unit become invisible even in the Belgium territory, I think the unit shouldn't become invisible anytime anywhere valid of course.

Something similar happens with submarines, sometimes become invisible (really :D) and I suppose the unit should be visible to the owner of it all the time despite where it is.

I repeat my report about the crusader tank MkIII strength is lower than MkII unit?

Last one, I have finished the Heavy Bomber Design project (playing as USSR and UK in both case) and I tried to build the Heavy Bomber (whatever is available) in the next turn the construction become invalid (just disappear of the construction queue) and I have to research the project again in one turn to make the unit available again, this is repeated several times, I don't have exact records of the behavior.
 
There is a spitfire in the middle of the desert in egypt!
 
Hi Gedemon

I'm getting a peristent crash on turn 173 of my 1936 scenario. Playing as Germany.
Seems to happen during Italy AI phase of the turn. Game just stops working at that point.

Gameversion: V4 with V30
Following options turned on (rest off):
- extra autosave
- AI override
- Embark from harbors

Already tried the suggestions at the begining of this thread. I have attache the lua log so hopefully you can figure it out. Thanks in advance and thanks for this great mod. :)
 
Hi Gedemon!

As perhaps other of you i still suffer from the CIV V crashes when "Fall of X" events happen. Last time you said you have an idea. Another month passed by while i have still no idea why this could happen. Is there any progress with this error?

I watched the LUA.log(s) different times, it seems to crash during the method "Get on plot units for captured city". Sometimes it's Marseille, sometimes Toulouse.

Game still feels not complete without activated scripts...

Hi great team ;

im playing as italy and the game crush when any ship unit try to attack another unit or building .

i attached the LUA.log file , please help as i cant play CIV V without this great MOD

reinstalled twice and deleted the cache.. but unit graphics still don't follow. Its all archers, pikemen and swordsmen... ??
