Great stuff Pounder! How do you get the various levels of cities to appear with 1 pop point?

The walled towns and size 1 towns should be obvious, but London is a city because it is the capital, and the capital always uses the graphics of the size above it (unless the capital is a metropolis, as there is not size above metropolis!)
