I vote for yes - updating to 3.19. At first it appears it does not mess up the game, but I'm not 100% sure.

According to Ruff Testing;

v319 opens a v317 game with no problem, no 'different asset' warning. However,
v317 cannot open a v319 game. So, we all need to patch at the same time or run
duel installs. Also, we don't need to wait for the game admin to patch the save.
