How Do I Deal With The Red Faces Sayin Its Too Crowded... They Say That In All Of My Cities... Wut Can I Do About That???

It is related to population.

A size 1 city (population 1) will have one red face saying it is too crowded

size 2 will have 2 red faces saying it is too crowded.
size 3 = 3 red faces

etc....

oh yeah and you can't remove it, no matter what (unless you build Globe Theater in that city-and you can only build the Globe Theater in ONE city)

Make them less crowded (starvation...) until they are not unhappy, then block growth until you can support the unhappiness. Remember you will get an angry face for each level of the city, so be careful! If you have time, you can stop growth then whip some levels, but you will haver other red faces for a while...or, if you have theatres and/or colosseums, move up the culture slider.

You can't lower those, but if you expand your empire to include more resources that provide happiness (such as gold, silver, gems, ivory, etc.), build buildings that provide happiness (Temples, Colosseum, Theatre, etc.), and adopt a religion, you can counteract their effect by instead raising your total happiness.

Other than the Globe Theatre, which gets rid of all unhappiness, there is no way to get rid of population . It's there to force you to balance the growth of your cities.
