Peace is possible with America but would have to trade Math to get it. Maybe not a bad idea anyway, we do still have it on everyone but the Hittites, and could pick up several techs.
If my choice of Construction is the wrong idea, 96 beakers have been invested so far so it's not terribly expensive to change.
