Paradox Interactive games

Are these games compatible with Vista? I am thinking of checking them out.

Is there any specific game I should go for? I was thinking of trying out EUIII but i am not against playing an older game if it is very good.

Does anyone know if Hearts of Iron 2 has compatibility issues with Vista?

Great. I think I might download it right now then.

Just downloaded Hearts of Iron 2.

I was more intrigued by EUIII but I prefer instant gratification.

:D

Once you get to know the slider priorities both ames become quite a bit easier. The first few times I played Europa Universalis II I minted heavily and didn't realise it was causing huge inflation until later.

Actually, I can't find your question in your message. Unless your question is just "What the hell?".

Actually, I am having a similar reaction to HoI2. I went through some of the tutorial and I feel like I am studying for a test.

I don't ever remember feeling like there was so much to Civ 3.

I learned EUIII (and am still learning really) by not taking it too seriously and just trying stuff, referring to the wiki when the questions pop up. It's a perfect example of a game where the best way to learn is to submit yourself to the game itself and wait 'til the questions appear by themselves (and boy do they). Like Dungeons and Dragons basically :crazyeye:

I tend to enjoy games that you can really immerse yourself in, so we'll see what happens. I also have to say that I really like the look and feel of this game. Very nice layout.

It isn't made directly by Paradox, but by a subdivision.

It actually isn't April Fools, or at least I don't think it is, considering the amounts of reputable websites that have covered it. Plus, wouldn't it make sense if this website was released on April Fools Day?

Either way, it'll still be good for teh laughs.

Elaborate April Fools' Day jokes are started ahead of time.

The CivJunction one here a few years ago was started at least a week before.
