Patch for Taiwan version

My wife needs the latest patch to the Taiwan version of Civ3 to fix some persistant crashes. There is a link from the www.tw.infogrames.com website to a patch on games.hinet.net, but I'm getting a "page cannot be found" message as of late. (I could formerly access the site, but apparently downloading required registration, which neither I nor my wife could figure out how to do.)

Can anyone tell me an alternative way to get this patch? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
