[GS] Patch Livestream March 29th

What if you are playing wide and have to scroll through the slots? Honestly, the old system was never an issue to me and worked seamlessly with scrolling.

This is what I worry about. I love playing Eleanor, but her biggest drawback is very annoying great work maintenance. By the end, I probably had 3 or 4 screens of building to put great works in. Hard to keep track of which is which. And if I have to hold the mouse button... *shudders*

Good point...

I wish they had a simple way to hide all non-relevant slots. So if I'm moving a relic, have a button or drop-down to only show buildings with relic slots would be super useful. But yeah I wonder how it's going to work for games where you have a ton of temples and theatres.

Just in case, I believe this is done both with CQUI and Concise UI Mods.

I missed the stream.

Did they say anything about having fixed the bug that causes pillaged buildings to permanently lose their bonuses (ex. if a encampment is "pillaged" by a drought and it destroys your buildings, you permanently lose your ability to create corps/armies)?

This is, in my opinion, game breaking, and I hesitate to play the game before it is fixed.

It's great that they had a live stream even though they're not selling anything. :) I don't care if it's because of the critique or what but this is the way to go, Firaxis. So few companies seem to care about gamers instead of investors these days.

Squashed.

I'm watching the livestream now, I was thinking if the search tool could be used to find wonders being built and Ed gave exactly this example. This is a game changer, it will save me a lot of time and it will be easier to do a informed decision.

Not sure about major things, but roads are fixed, and you can't place Seastead next to each other.

Will the patch be compatible with the current saves? We play currently a MP game during several weekly sessios.
I play Agypt, so that might to lead to conflicats.
