PBEM Combat Suggestion

Wouldn't it be great if I could actually see other players' turns before mine? My units disappear but I don't know which enemy unit/s destroyed them. OK, I could open up the event window (CTRL + TAB) but surely a graphic representation is better. How about it Firaxis? Is this too late for the next patch? PBEM developement in general seems a bit lacking in this game afterall.

(Unless I'm being entirely stupid and there's already a box waiting to be ticked somewhere....)
