Whoever has them needs to put them back in their harbors. I'm not ready for the sailing age of steel yet.
Hope its a grand tour, its on our to do list but we'll try it by train. Probably 2 or 3 weeks in 2014.

Pretty sure I'm not. Just because the F4 screen shows that I can research Combustion doesn't mean I'm close to destroyers. And destroyers require oil or uranium, both which require a tech to discover. So yes, further than 10 turns away from destroyers.
