Smoke me a kipper!
so after having moved into a new flat with two friends, and with a working kitchen
.
I have started to make huge portions of pasta bolognese to be put in the freezer for later use(its much cheaper than buying and making little portions)
In line with this, im beginning to make lots of pizza and other foodstuffs for use the rest of the week. So I wanted to hear all you eastern bloc guys
here on the board what you would recommend for stuffing in pierogi.
its got to be somewhat cheap, be able to be put in the fridge for 3-4 days, and be tasty when eaten cold.
Im thinking of something with spinach, feta and perhaps ham, but i would like some suggestions for other kinds of stuffing.
