PM memory allotment nearly full with only 4 PMs

I have four PMs in my PM folder, two sent and two received, yet it says my PM folder is over 87% full None of these PMs are particularly long or contain graphics. I know I've had many more PMs than this in the past. Has the memory allotment for PMs changed or is there something wrong with my control panel or PM folder?

Just above the PM gauge bar, you can set it to show all messages from the beginning. You most likely have tons of sent messages in there.

Leo, change your settings to display all sent and recieved messages "from the begining".

There is a good chance you have many old undeleated sent or recieved messages that are not displayed because they are more then 10 days ago.

Your message total should be 75 total, this includes sent, recived, and tracted messages.

If there are no old messages, then it may be a software problem.

I didn't discover that until much later, too. In fact, it was also the sent messages folder that had filled up - even the message tracking.

IIRC, the message tracking folder doesn't count towards your allotment. Just sent and received. You can have a combined total of 70 messages in those two folders.

So you probably haven't deleted your sent items... Basically instead of downloading my PMs I just delete all the sent PMs.
