Who is your favourite actor/actress?

Actually it's hard to choose.

I like Al Patchino, Brad Pit, Julia Roberts, and...well the horse whisperer..oh I can't beleive I forgot the name....

Anyway there are many more but those I can come up with now...

Well, I don't really have a fav actor, but for actresses... It's a toss-up between Julia Roberts, and Sandra Bullock.

I could name dozens. I was a bit biased towards English actors in my last post of a similar nature, but I would have to include De Niro and Pacino, and Brando, and James Stewart, Gary Cooper, and their ilk. The best role I have seen was Jeramy Irons in "The Mission". He was Christ-like; incredible. Also worthy of mention is Willem Dafoe. He was great in Platoon.

Buit it has to be Max Von Sydow. His Swedish charm, accent and brilliance is incomparable.
His best films are "The Seventh Seal" and his role as the Lord Jesus in "The Greatest Story Ever Told."

I like Mel Gibson. He has had many cool roles, and always does a good job.

Besides Braveheart is one of my favourite movies of all time.

Braveheart was alright, but try and look up his best role: an early Aussie one in "Gallipoli". This is arguably the best Aussie movie ever, and if you want to know where our culture and beliefs come from, I encourage you to see it. It is a well made movie also; bonza allround!!!!!

An addendum: I forgot to mention Clint Eastwood, Donald Sutherland ( Go the Kellys Hero's combo!) and Ronert Redford. "The Natural" still ranks as one of the ost enjoyable films I have seen.

I must agree. Fight Club was quite brilliant, and his role in American History X was simply outstanding. Truly, he fitted the role to perfection, and had the burning satanic eyes in the early snippets. It was he that made that film. Ed does have remarkable presence for a man of relatively small stature.

I don't watch much TV now, but back in the day, I really liked Ricardo Montalban. I don't know if he's dead yet, but feel he's a pretty versatile actor. He's done some of everything!

DeNiro.

You got a problem with that?

Eastwood.

Man has got to know his limitations.

Cary grant.

Don't get any smoother then him.

Bogart.

Here's looking at you, kid.

Kirk Douglas.

The man is intense.

Charlton Heston.

Get your stinkin paw off me, you damn dirty ape!

Errol Flynn.

Guy was just to cool.

I could go another 30 or 40 easy.
