I am surprised how abbreviated some of the quotes are. I will say there is a different victory screen if you win in the antiquity age. I found that out when getting my deity win achievement by rolling over the deity ai in antiquity and ending the game that early. But it's still just a couple of lines from her.

No. She's already at the "shutupsean" point.

(there are a few lines that I let Sean finish in 6. hooch their pooch, the stupid long chemical name one, and of course, the monty python quote)
:D

Part of the problem is that the same quotes are used for masteries as the base tech/civic, which leads to excessive repetition.

If they'd given Gwendoline more to say, it would be less annoying.

I overall like Gwendoline, but sometimes her delivery is so, long and slow.

I’m not a fan. I would have preferred someone along the lines of a Keith David, Lance Reddick, or Andre Braugher.

If we had to go with another Game of Thrones alum, the best choice would have been Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont)
Charles Dance was my #1 pick for narrator.

That’s an over the top suggestion, as we have been said they are around a thousand, but I’d like narrative events to be, well, narrated. - You are stopping my game for a mere choice of 200 gold or 200 influence… make it sound epic at least, not a chore of reading ;p

(that might mean reading them with the appropriate cadence and depth, so AI won’t work here I’m afraid. Gwen could do. Dance would probably be great)

The narrator from BG3 does an absolutely stellar job in this regard, so much more could be done to up the immersion of narrative events.
