To paraphrase an American Supreme Court Justice on the matter:

Regardless of what we classify the GGW ads as, I feel they are inappropriate at any site which has people under 18 visiting. Since Civ is a game for all ages, this site in my opinion would qualify.

I haven't seen any of those ads in the last couple days, but lately I've been seeing a student loan ad with 4 "topless" people on it.
