I can't find it on English-language media but it was on the local news half an hour ago and I found it on an Argentine daily.

Chávez has now started to withdraw Venezuela from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights as he thinks it's under Yankee imperialist control.

Meaning they likely criticized some bone head thing he did, ergo, it must be an American puppet.

Ya know, if Chavez hadn't been a complete frakiing looneytoon, he might actually have been good for Venezuela. As is, he's the worst enemy of what he claims he wants to achieve.

That's usually the case.
