if no one responds saying they can, then you can assume it's not up yet and stop feeling mad about not getting the pre-load yet.

edit: i'm not talking about people that got the game downloaded last week. and, obviously, i'm only talking about NA region at the moment.

Steams says 33 minutes for me. I assume it is 12am Eastern time, 9pm Pacific. Hopefully, it's downloading in a half hour.

Where does steam say how long until available? I pre-ordered on Steam the first day it was available and still no download of anything. When I click on DLC in steam on CiV it has Brave New World on the list, but that's it.

If you pre-ordered BNW and go back to the BNW store page it will say "this game will unlock in approximately 1 hour." Or what ever time it says for you.

Mine is saying the 11th

Apparently Costa Rica doesn't fall under North America. I was hopeful since my account is from the US and even the automatic download settings default to a server in the US that it would load for me. Apparently not.
