I have a good one that someone made for me last year (and I used it then) but when I try to upload it now it tells me "You cannot upload animated images"

Any idea what the problem is?

Mine this year was as gif and I had to transform to png, because said same thing. Some gifs are animated, forum is putting all gifs as animated, dont know why.
