Can anyone create a Bulgarian Civ?

Exists already in Amra's Modpack and CIV Gold 4.0.

hi can you tell me please is there a australian civ that will work with the patch 3.13.

I will be updating Ionut's civs very soon, and Australia will be updated with it. To make the 3.03 version I created work all you should need to do is delete the Australia Civ.ini file and the .bak file. Then load the Australian Civ mod. Don't worry it wont load properly this time. It is only to generate a new .ini . Then go back into the australia civ folder and open up the new .ini . Then find the line that states the Modular civs = 0 or something to that effect ( I'm not in front of my home computer) and change it to 1. Save then load the Australia mod and it should work! This process should work for any of my modular civs for BtS.

Those bostonians rise to the occasion against New Yorkers, however they seem to have an unnatural edge against motor vehicles after a red sox game.

I request a Mexican Civ! The UU could be a Worker called "Immigrant" %15 faster, with the ability to go into Enemy Borders and Increase your Civ's Culture in there! Probly by like, %5..

A Puerto Rican Empire wouldn't be a bad idea. Although I support admission as a state, it would be cool to find out what could it do as a Civ.

UU- Yellow Submarine, replaces attack submarine 40 10 can hold 4 passengers (6 if you include Sargent Pepper and Nowhere Man).
UB- Abbey Road- replaces colosseum- quicker production time, +2 per records

Vietnam needs to be added for BtS. The Vietnamese were a regional power in Southeast Asia just as much as the Khmer, and they have lasted longer too. My suggestions for leaders are Ho Chi Minh (maybe traits Industrious, Aggressive, Fav. Civic: State Property) and the ancient Emperor Gia Long (Protective, Organized, Fav. Civic: Hereditary Rule?). For a UU maybe a guerilla infantry that can build improvements, or something else. For a UB, maybe some sort of academy that replaces the library? The Vietnamese had imperial examinations for mandarins just as the Chinese had.

Amra's Modpack and CIV Gold both contain a BtS compatible Vietnam. I know a lot of folks don't like downloading big packs, but they're there.

Search the forum. There is an Antarctica civ for vanilla, but it might have been deleted when the server was hacked. I'll see if I have it at home, but you could also try PMing the author.
