Post new Civ requests here

I'd be happy to make a few of these civs. I'm not a particuly good modder but can do a few small XML changes. I shall see what I can do.

What leaders, uu and ub do you suggest for ulster, kensington888?

i was thining of having edward carson as leader.UU would be a uvf soldier that fought in ww1.for a UB i would like an orange hall.i hope these things are ok to ask for as i was looking forwad to an ulster civ.thanks again.

How about, for a fictional civ, Latveria.

Going up against the Monarch of Latveria, Victor Von Doom would be cool. There is already a lot of established info about Latveria.

Huh... I'd like to make a specialist economy oriented civ... from Mars.

How about it's the Martian Civilization, the citizens are Martians and the character model is Martian from Bugs Bunny. His traits are Philisophical, as he preaches the ways of life in Mars to foreign planets, and Industrious, since he has a constant resource of Mars-Rock for building Specialist oriented buildings, such as the Pyramids and the Great Library.

He starts with Mining and Mysticism.

The Martians unique unit is a alien blaster guy and he replaces the, uhh, longbowman and has +1 movement and their unique building is a (tries to think of something to replace library) space database and it replaces a library and allows for 3 scientists instead of 2. Or something like that. There is probably a better a better UU I could choose but that's all I've thought of so far. I know the whole Martian thing is silly but I don't want to go look up an actual historical figure to find someone who fits this. If someone has already created a civ like this, let me know. I really just want a civ that's most optimized for a specialist economy.

Has anyone out there seen a Civ 4 Mod for Game of Thrones?
Not certain just how active Civ 4 modding is these days, but I would imagine Game of Thrones would be awesome raw material for a mod.

I'm unsure where exactly to post this, so I'll post it in the civilisation requests thread, the graphics modification requests thread, and the unit requests thread. I'm only asking for graphics though, not code.

Leaderheads (all animated; I can make a static leaderhead by myself):

Kane, from Command & Conquer (the Tiberium universe, that is). Here and here are two examples. Preferably with a background very similar to either of those two examples.

Redmond Boyle, again from Command & Conquer. For example, here. the background doesn't matter much, so long as it fits (which the given example does; GDI is blue-ish in this game).

Jack Granger, once again from Command & Conquer. Here and here are two examples. The background, as shown by the two examples, would have the same style as Redmond Boyle's one (though different, of course), but as with Redmond Boyle, you're free to do whatever you want so long as it fits.

Alexander Romanov, still from Command & Conquer, but from the Red Alert universe, not from the Tiberium universe. Two examples are here and here. I'd like the background to be similar, with a Soviet flag, and a globe if you can fit it in, but if someone feels like cooking up his or her own suitable office, be my guest.

Yuri, also from Command & Conquer. As usual, two examples. Feel free to create your own background for him, although I'd suggest the device on the first picture makes for a good background.

Michael Dugan, the last one from Command & Conquer, with two examples. I like the first picture, but I'm not entirely sure what the flag on it is, and I suppose the second picture would look better. Feel free to think up something by yourself.

Units:

Securitron, from Fallout (New Vegas), here.

Zone Trooper, from Command & Conquer (Tiberium Wars), here and here. This unit would replace the Paratrooper, but instead of using a parachute, this unit would use a jetpack to fly to another tile when paradropping. If that isn't possible, perhaps the unit could land with some kind of orbital drop pod? If that also isn't possible, oh well, too bad. Ideally, this unit would attack with white-blue laser beams (well, railguns, but they look like lasers), but it doesn't really matter.

Black Hand, from Command & Conquer (Tiberium universe), here, here, here, and here. As you can see, there's a flamethrower variant and a laser variant. Ideally, this unit would attack with a mix of flamethrowers and red laser beams, but assuming you can't create multiple units / models for one 'unit group' (you can select single display in the options menu), pick the one you like best.

Kirov, from Command & Conquer (Red Alert 2 / 3), here. This unit would replace the Airship - I'd imagine (but have no idea really) that an airship-like unit requires different files than ordinary units.

Chrono Legionnaire, from Command & Conquer (Red Alert 2), here and here. This unit would also replace the Paratrooper, but instead of paradropping, this unit would teleport. If that is at all possible, of course. The unit would ideally attack with a chrono beam, instead of ordinary guns, but that doesn't really matter.

Well, that was a lot. Feel free to do whatever you want of this list, including nothing at all. Thanks in advance! :)

I don't know if anyone is already doing this civilization, but i would like a Monegasque (Monaco) Civilization. Someone already gave some ideas, but nothing more than that.

I hope I am not asking too much. This civ would be for civ4 vanilla and not for the civ5, like the one i showed you

Hello there -i'd be willing to do this, unless anyone else has a burning desire. I'm aware I did say I would make a couple of other civs proposed here so i'll have a look at those too- I've had a bit of a break recently i'm afraid. Do you want it for vanilla or BTS?

Ok, i'll make a start later this week. As well as a vanilla one i may also make a BTS one. Just wondering, as far as I can remember, Vanilla BTS does not include Unique Buildings, only Units, though the coding could allow for a UB - would you like one included or just an UU like the other civs?

Please make a mod with 33 additional real world CIVs for vanilla BTS 3.19 that will work together, so that total number of civs can be 77. Whenever I try to combine existing mods to reach the number, workers of my civ turn to red dots, very annoying.

I don't think a UB would be necessary, unless it's a Palace that gives defensive Bunuses, like the real Palace of Monaco.

I will make all civilizations (nations) which exist today including all separatist movements (not playable) in the world and all will be enabled in my mod, but that will be in next several months.

Kievan Rus or Ukraine

Leaders:
-Yaroslav the Wise
-Vladimir the Great

-There are more

Search the up with "of Kiev" at the end to find.

Not a civ request per say but does anyone know if an alternate mirror of CivGold, or a mod that integrates it exists?
