Shouldnt Luthor have an admin password that gives him access to everyones turn? So if we always include him in the "turn sent" email, maybe he can supervise the skipping.

The best thing would be for a player to find a temporary replacement because we can't let the AI play for 1 turn in PBEM's. Most of the times it's best to have one player of the same game because he has all the emails and the game details.

Rd13 is right, this permanent delay is not very positive for the game. And most of the times it's because of one player... we all have periods when we are more busy but, in general, we should committ ourselves to play within 48hours most of the time. I'm sure we will all have periods when we can't play within that timeframe but we should play within 2 days the majority of times.

And the game is simple now (at least for me)... imagine in a hundred years when it grows and it becames more complex... I'd like to finish the game before I turn 80!

So, General Olaf, I ask you if you really can make this sort of commitment.

If anybody wants I can be a temporarly replacement for a nation.

It's not been foreseeable stuff... I'm available for the next few days, I'm away for the two weeks after that, but from then on I should be available. I understand if you guys want to replace me, but I really want to stay involved in this. :/
