I NEED THIS ONE

Cascavel, the UU:
The EE-9 Cascavel Armored Vehicle was developed by the Brazilian company Engesa in the 1960ies to replace the similar US-made M-8, in use since WWII. It is a light, small, low-cost, easy-maintenance and all-terrain fighting vehicle. Some countries, like Iraq, produced the Cascavel under license in the 198ies. In the First Gulf War, it was one of the main concerns of the American forces. Nowadays, these vehicles have been replaced for more modern ones.
In Civ3, this unit cost 20 shields less, it has 1 extra movement per turn and it has 1 defensive point less.

Are you making a Brazilian leader for every state in Brazil?

It's the Brazilian Mod (look like American Mod that I saw here anywhere), it is 9 regions:
- São Paulo (state)
- Rio de Janeiro (state)
- Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo (two states toghter)
- Bahia (state)
- Northeast (region)
- República Juliana (South region)
- Amazônicos (North region)
- Estados da Federação (centerwester region, Juscelino is its leader)
- Tupi (represents the native people)

Rio, Bahia, Tupi and Estados da Federação own their own leader, South region will be the next, it will be Getúlio Vargas, the dictador of 1930-45

Looks great! I saw your Brazil list, can you do Vargas next or is it in any order?

Daniel: Very very nice. One thing, is he from Russia, or does his ancestry go back there? I think most people tend to think Brazilians as of Hispanic of Native descent, however it's like the U.S. with it's population made up of people from all countries.

The first Brazilians were Portuguese and Natives. The immigrants came later. But yes, Brazil is a big melting pot like the US.

Well... I'd say that the Portuguese were immigrants... but you also forgot the fact that Brazil imported more African slaves than any other country.

Mobilize: He was a Brazilian of Russian descent... or something... but I know he was a native.

I think his name is more Polish or Czech if anything... A really nice LH, BTW...
Dan, you exceed the highest expectations, regularly!

Could be... I really have no idea, but I know he was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Yeap, he is borning in Minas Gerais state, but since MG state has its own leader (Tiradentes) in Mod do Brasil and Center-West region there is none, Juscelino because leader of this region. Juscelino built the modern Brasília (capital) and has a plan to grow Brazil up 50 years in 5, corse, it didn't work 100% like he wants.
The Brazilian civilization does not have any leader, cos Fiaexis never did a Brazilian civilization. Like extra arts that u fellows found in CFC, u can choice the leader that u want, the library is in http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=2233201#post2233201 ;) Choice the best leader, all them are good.

I didn't see the treat before, so, I export all the arts before read the suggestion  , I'm going to post this leaderhead in some hours
