Privitization...

Yeah thats right, blame everything on america!
Even south americas independent problems are americas fault...
Yeah that's right! It's all Americas fault. OK... on a more honest answer. I have to say that while America is not responsible for all the problems in the world I do however say that if American multinationals kept their fingers in their own pie then, the whole world would be better off.

Most utilities are better and cost less, and the sale of public assets generated billions of pounds for the British government, which went back into schools and hospitals, and our pockets (hence why it costs less).
I was all set to flame you, when I realised you'd said "most utilities". Hmp. Grumble.

I know forests owned by logging companies do better then those the enviromentals have deemed un touchable. These "protected" lands have higher fire problems since under growth and other fuels aren't kept in check.

Another reason for this could be that American companies are sucking the blood out of where it is supposed to be an instead into wallets of rich Americans who already to begin with. I also say that if the people want the economy to nationalised than so be it! Let them have the carcass.
Do you ever bother to take the time out to look at facts? The U.S. isn't even Argentina's top trading partner; Brazil is.

Argentina also exports as much to Chile as they do to the United States. Chile is hardly a global hegemon.

Before you say something, actually go and read about it first.

...where else is it supposed to be? ;)

But all of Argentina's assets: water, electricity, telecommunication, airlines, railways, industry, even roads, were in the hands of big companies from the US and Europe. That's what crippled Argentina: once the flaws of years of mismanagement started to show, they are left with nothing.
