Apparently koshling took his turn Friday at 5:07pm but did not post here.
Magnus it's your turn.
You know just checking this board for your turn is rather short sighted. Especially when it is soooo much easier to just pull up the svn and select Show Log. Players need to check the SVN Log More than just checking for a particular persons post in a particular thread. Even putting a number next to a player in the save list file would Not be needed if All players would just check the Log! C'mon ppl it's not that hard. (rant over and sorry if I ruffled feathers but this is getting real annoying. yeah I know I'm annoying too! comes with the territory of getting

I tend to agree. We've all got the right to express now and then. BTW, sorry if you felt I attacked your beliefs in the other thread earlier... I was really asking you to consider a few things is all. I respect other's conclusions on things and sometimes see potential for being shown another angle on somethings but then come accross as if I'm being challenging when it's not really my point. I was not aware of that function. Now that I know, I may do that from time to time, but I would still prefer if people post here.
Actually, no, it is not "short-sighted" at all. It is the normal, expected method of determining if a player's turn is up. If when the game was being set up, someone recommended that that specific function be used as the norm instead of posting in this forum, then yes you could say that. But it wasn't, and thus you cannot. Also, just because you know about a thing does not mean that everyone knows about it. Yes, the long delays are annoying, but this one is on Koshling. Not me.
