I'm translating the homepage of a friend and I need some of the more important words translated properly.

Could you please help me on the following:

Wristband for festival entry - its a wristband made of cloth (woven). You show your ticket on festival entry and get one of those attached to your wrist, it cannot be taken off and assures you that you can enter and exit the festival area whenever you like. So far I've come up with "bracelet", "lien" and "ligament", but I don't know which one would be the proper one.

closing device - you tuck this wristband around the arm with a metal part so it can't be take off unless you cut it off. I need the term for this closing device, perhaps there is a special word for this.

In my opinion, as a fluent French speaker somewhat marooned in a sea of English, is the term Bracelet (bracelet) would be most appropriate.
And by closing device you mean like a popper?

Closing device is a plier that presses together a metal part. I'd need both a term for the metal part as well as for the plier.

Something that is put around the wrist is a "bracelet".

For the metal part, I think that "une sécurité" could do the trick if you wish to express the purpose of the device, or "fermeture métallique" if you wish to describe its appearance.

1- Bracelet pour admission à un festival (assuming it's for one festival, if not the plural is festivaux) - C'est un bracelet fait de tissu (tissé). Vous (you can use the word tu, wich is more familiar, but the word vous seems more appropriate. If you do so the next words won't be the same: Montres ton instead of Montrez votre) montrez votre billet à l'entrée du festival et recevez un de ceux-ci que vous attachez à votre poignet. Il ne peut être enlevé et vous assure la possibilité d'entrer et de sortir du site du festival lorsque vous le désirer.

2- Closing device:I know what you mean but I can't come up with a proper word for it, sorry. I'll try to think of something.

The plural for "un festival" is "des festivals" ! NOT "festivaux" !

If you can't think of a word for closing device I'll just use "système de fermeture" for the whole thing and "tenaille" for the plier. Would it be wrong to call the metal part "fermeture" or "fermoir"?

I'm only translating this page for a friend, so he doesn't expect it to be hyper-correct but I should get the mots-clefs (? - now there's a plural I don't know about) right.

"pinces" would be correct, "tenailles" would also do the trick.
"fermoir" doesn't sounds very nice, "fermeture" is better.
