This questionaire really isn't all that bad. The poll absolutely sucks but we can't expect ol' whats his name to get everything almost right. Now can we? I will spend some time and answer each question with as much respect as I think it deserves. Pellaken, I think that you should have quoted your own text as it was too much of a problem to see what exactly you were talking about in your replies. Just a suggestion for next time, since I know there will be a next time.

Good number of Mods. My suggestion would be to open all the forums up to moderation by all mods....but then I don't run this site

Are there any threads that were closed when they shouldent have been, or that were left open when they should have been closed? {dont say something that was banned from saying in your argument, just say, "I felt that ___ shouldent have been closed"}

I'm sure there was but I cannot list it/them off the top of my head. As I said nobody is perfect.

If you were a moderator, what would you do? {make it like a campaign speach. dont name-names if you are angry with any certain actions, just make clear you wouldent do that action}

should moderators have a special, easily visible tag? like all text in a color that only a moderator can use, that he uses when saying someting moderator-ley?

Good idea. I agree with this, but I would hazard a guesss that some of the other mods could care less

Admin keeps all powers. This is his site. We are just along for the ride.

I can see the need for some minor reorganization. Don't feel like going into it though since it is so minor.

Bans are lifelong, Suspentions are temporary Bans. Should Bans be voted on? Suspentions? by who, All members? Moderators?

Bans should not be voted on. Thunderfall is like a military commander. He gets input from his Lieutenants (Moderators) and makes judgments. Sometimes he just makes the calls with out even asking. Just as valid. Suspensions: Too time consuming to call a vote on it. This isn't real time but an Internet BBS. Thunderfall spends enough time on the site as it is. The man has to have some time to play Civ3 for Go'ds sake! Oh and to study for college and eat, pee, and the optional shower in there also if he can fit it in. Notice I made no mention of sleep. It is a crutch for the weak!

should official games, other then GOTM be orginized? examples are: mock-elections {which were banned, so forget I said it} or games like trivia, only with a more offical tone then private threads?

If you want to make an official Trivila game blast a message to Thunderfall. I dubt he will go for it...but who knows.

1)Yes, some of the civ3 ones there just too many maybe when the traffic dies down alittle tho.

2)Bans, maybe but only mods. Suspenstions no.

4) Alot. At least twice a day, sometimes for a couple of hours a t a time.
