I'm sure this has been asked, but I could not find it with the search bar so I'll ask.
What's going to happen to my current save files? I have 3 games I'm playing, 2 single player and 1 multiplayer and I doubt I'll finish them before Tuesday, so I'm wondering how the expansion will affect them.
Already asked, but... could someone please make a list of ALL civs that had ANY changes in BNW? ANY CHANGES! Minor, big, doesn't matter. I'd just like to know.
UA: City of Light: Great Work tourism theme bonus doubled in the Capital.
UU: Musketeer
UI: Chateau - Yield: +2 culture and +2 gold, with additional culture (+1) and gold(+2) after researching Flight. Confers a 50% defense bonus.
India - Mughal Fort gives tourism output after Flight Arabia - (Ships of the Desert) Arabian Caravans now have 50% greater range, and Arabia spreads religion along Trade Routes at double the normal rate. Double oil still in. Iroquois - caravans move along forests and jungles as if they were roads

If it is anything like Gods & Kings, the expansion won't affect a thing. If you try to load them, they will just revert back to G&K, and BNW will not be activated (just like how, with G&K, if you try to load a Vanilla save game, it will just deactivate G&K)
France - New UA, and a new UI
India - Mughal Fort gives tourism output
Arabia - land trade routes can go farther and double religious pressure. Double oil reserves.
Netherlands - it's UA is now called "Dutch East India Company" (no effect change)
And I think Byzantium now has a Coastal start bias, but I'm not sure whether that's a change...
No, he is correct - The Iroquois did have a change:
EDIT:... I'm stupid! I thought you had said you didn't think The Iroquois had changed to have a bonus with the new Trade Routes...
I'll let this here for the hall of shame...
MadDjinn did mention that roads help to extend trade route ranges, and that a road didn't have to extend all the way to its destination in order for it to modify the distance. So the Iroquois will probably have somewhat longer trade route range because the forests within their borders act as roads, which will have a lengthening effect on trade routes, even if their borders don't extend all the way to the destination.
The Inca get maintenance-free roads on hills, so if you can find a string of hills leading in the direction of a lucrative trade partner, they could have a free road that extends their trade route range in that direction.
Netherlands - it's UA is now called "Dutch East India Company" (no effect change)

You're not alone. This meme has been bouncing around the forum for a while now. Clearly someone, at some point, just assumed the change was made and posted as such. Then, because it's such an insignificant detail, everyone took it as a fact.
... Uh - I was under the impression it was called just "East India Company", and they added "Dutch" because of the new National Wonder... I should just stop posting...
Still, I think there might be other civilizations with different starting bias, but I'm not sure which (didn't Sweden now start on tundra?)
Have Golden Ages changed? If I am correct, they now give one more gold on tiles that already produce two (or is it one)? They would be nerfed significantly with all the gold removed from the map.
As JSMCAG clearly realized, I was responding to the question about the Inca, not discrediting the Iroquois in any way. Clearly, I wrote somewhat misleadingly.

I'm not 100% certain on this, but isn't it just Shoshone that start with a Pathfinder instead of a warrior, and everyone else with the normal (or unique) warrior.

Yes you are correct, its only the Shoshone that start with the settler - scout (pathfinder) setup, everyone else starts with a warrior like usual (confirmed in many of the preview gameplays)
