Which one is more tresaure to you? Fascism or Democracy?
The worker efficiency is better, the corruption is not high, without WWs, draft rate is higher, 4 military police, unit support is handsome, and high chances for espionage missions to success. And unless you were in Republic, you will not have any losses in generating commerce...I can't find any reason not to choose Fascism except immune to propaganda, but if no one is unhappy (with help based on military police and post game period, sufficient luxury resources), it can hardly become a persuasive evidence. The chance of propaganda success is not high. And sometimes paying money to rush buildings is not necessary and convenient, I would rather rush by population as it can do it in anytime

and I don't have to consider running out research funds and deserting units. Mmm why should we choose Democracy?
