If you abandon a city with a small wonder (like the Forbidden palace) will you be able to build a new FP in another city?
Here's a quick question: what sort of combat bonus does the AI get at higher difficulty levels? The losses I've taken in the last few turns of my current Monarch game simply can't be by chance (E. g. three regular medieval infantry beat two musketmen behind walls with longbowmen and a cannon backing them up and then killed a cavalry too).
The only AI-controlled units that get stronger at higher difficulties, are barbarians.Originally posted by Gainy bo
Absoloutly none, it's calculated by a Random number generator. What you are experiencing is just bad luck...
a question 4 u, how much shields does it REALLY take to build palace? it shows 100 in the ABC, but when you try to build in some cities it makes it like 300, so whats the real number, cuz i'm trying to prebuild Sun Tzu's and need to know if itz worth it

Hey could anyone enlighten me on how the gold rush works, it seems to me that the price is about 4 gold / hield but it seems to change as the unit gets built what is the real ratio if there is one
maybe it's not so random?!
How many extra troops can an AI Democracy support under monarchy difficulty?
w8, i just thought of something consider this you build a worker (10 shields) the price you pay for it is 80g if you dicide to her it, but if you w8 one turn you only pay 36(i think) why?

This was implemented to stop people with lots of gold rushing a unit every turn...
...but it doesn't stop people to rush a worker 'from scratch' (=80 gold) and then switch to an expensive building and rush that one much cheaper.![]()
btw what it take for the status to change from chieftain to sming else
