Quick Questions and Answers

Puppets cannot build courthouses; only annexed cities can build courthouses. As for what a puppet will build when it runs out of things to build, I've never seen that happen.

Will it build courthouses? And what if I don't have the tech to build wealth or research?

In a significantly earlier version of the game (pre-G&K iirc) I saw a puppet with an empty build in this case. Not sure what would happen now, but I suspect it would be the same and just start building whatever it could after getting new tech.

What a puppet builds when it has run out of buildings (including an airport) to build:
Nothing ...
they wouldn't be caught dead building science or wealth.
If you discover a tech enabling a new building though, they will switch to it but it may take a few turns.

The list of things puppets won’t belongs as a reference someplace. I am pretty sure they won’t build factories because they consume a resource. They are happy to build defensive buildings, but I have never noted one to build a barracks. Will they build granaries?

Quick question: the Barbarians managed to capture my settler by leaving their camp. I immediatly destroyed the camp (which had a worker in it) with a scout from the other side. Afterwards I surrounded the area to get my settler back. However, there is no barbarian unit in the area and no worker (my settler) either. I'm fairly certain they did not escape or were caught by another civ as I saw no unit leaving the area.

Does anyone knows what happened? Did I delete their secondary captive (my settler) by destroying the camp?

If the barbarian and your captured settler are still at large when their camp is destroyed they will retreat to the nearest camp. So you will have to look around for your unit unfortunately. At least it's not destroyed.

My question: i've noticed that in war an AI can capture my workers and immediately disband them. I've had this happen at war with the Huns and Mongolia. If i capture a worker i have to wait until the next turn to disband. Is this a known thing? It can really hurt you early game when you would in fact have been able to recapture the worker but instead he's just gone.

Question: When you can get another civ to vote for you as world leader, how many delegates do they give?

Whoops, never mind. I just saw that it says that they give you 4 delegates.

Buying votes in the trade screen on any vote, you are only buying their "base" votes, never the ones from their CS allies. So the number you get depends on the world era.

Question: which mod do I need to use so that I can play all 43 civs at the same time on a huge earth map, with correct start locations for civs and CS? I understand that you can't use all CS in this case as there are only 63 slots available, is this right?

How can I double click the Quick Save shortcut on my desktop and start playing WITHOUT going into the initial screen (and legal stuff)?

Anyone that know how to start a multiplayer game with mods active?

Downloaded ''The Elder Scrolls Civilization V Pack (BNW)'' by kingchris20 which says that it should work on multiplayer jet i can't get it working

Brand new laptop -- and yet regions of the map keep get gray as I revisit them while scrolling with the mouse. All graphical setting minimized. Is that a normal experience?

Working as intended, as far as anyone knows. This has been the case since the original Civ 5 release, it's just one of the hidden bonuses the AI player gets to balance your ability to reason, plan ahead, and generally play better.

That was a Civ 4 feature. As far as I know you cannot do it in Civ 5.

What are conditions for diplomatic victory in latest expancson of civ5?
I play immortal game and at start of industrial era I had +300 with all City states and now it is atomic and not a single voite?

To trigger conversion of the World Congress to the UN, and thereby trigger a World Leader vote, either half the civs need to be in the Atomic Ear, or one civ has to be in the Information Era.

does the AI civilization get diplomatic penalty if it starts a war with another guy?
Which also means, will the AI get a diplomatic penalty if it invades me.

What if AI invaded me, but i counterattacked and captured his capital? WIll the world hate me instead of the AI?
