I picked the religious follower belief that allows purchasing churches with faith but I don't see the option to buy them. Are they only unlocked after researching something?

Clearly, the option is there, in purchasing section of city screen. You can also set authomatic faith purchase in religion overview screen (but thats not the best option for churches)

Usually it is in the middle of building option. And make sure your religion is already majority in the city, because often, players forget that their city only has pantheon (not religion yet)

Hi, I put up a screen shot. I also have the option to build mosques and that is visible.

You already have it. It's on the great work buildings list. :)

I'm asking about the Church building not the mosque. I had both available to build and I did build the mosque.

If civ "A" defeated civ "B" culturally (reached influential) is it possible for civ "B" to strengthen it's tourism and "come back"?
(India defeated me culturally in my game and I am curious whether is there hope left for me. I see in tooltips that their influence is falling on me.)

It is. Try to maximize your culture, not your tourism. You can see the dynamics it on tourism overview screen. Also note that while India is influential on you it is not influential on others, so you can win another victory

There's hope. Focus on taking some of their cities, specially the biggest ones. You'll be the cultural powermonger instead.

Yes and no. Technically, Tourism vs. Culture is all that matters for influence levels, so both civs can be influential over each other. But virtually it's not possible because Tourism largely depends off Culture output and rarely can outperform it.

Hey, I don't know where to adress my problem but I have a biggie. The World Congress panel is not opening making me stuck. Anyone had that problem before?

Anyone tried to use Tectonical Map Script in multiplayer? How to do this? I installed it via steam, made modpack but it doesn't work this way

What does tourism even do? Is it worth investing in if I'm not going for a culture victory?
Tourism adds up to influence other civs. You get different levels of influence. Other than the obvious, that you win a cultural victory, being influential to someone has advantages: your units fight better, your trade routes with them help with growing and your ideology causes unhappiness if they do not share yours.

You can create some great works but do not invest in it, not worth it. Even great people - instant culture / golden age will be more usefull
Not strictly true. Now you need some raw culture if you want your writer to give more culture with his treatise, and you need some raw tourism if you want your musician to perform better. Whether to use your artist for golden ages or for more culture/tourism is up to you.
