Quick Questions / Quick Answers

Im a little rusty: does an embassy of a conquered City State provide a vote in the world congress? I think not, as the CS stops behaving like one once is conquered, but just to make sure. Thanks a lot

It is possible to capture a neighboring CS embassy tile with the help of a Great General. After that, you can put your embassy and get a vote for Congress.

I don't know if the voice of the owner of the previous embassy is being deleted.

I have read about new Empire Size modificator, but it is still not entirely clear. How is it calculated and how it works?
Empire Size Modifier affects how all the unhappiness needs are calculated via a modifier. Any non-capital city will suffer from this. The larger your empire (through cities not population), the more of an Empire Size modifier you will incur.

Playing version 3.3.1, I loaded a Stealth Bomber on a Carrier.
Is that intended? The civilopedia says that Carrier cannot carry Stealth Bombers.

Empire Size: +5% per city (excluding the capital), +1% per four citizens in non-puppet cities, scaling with map size (less on larger maps). The modifier only updates in a city when its population changes (not counting instant pop rewards).

The modifier increases the need for all yields in the city - i.e., how much of a yield per citizen you need to avoid Unhappiness.

Defensive buildings like Walls and Public Works subtract from Empire Size Modifier in this city only.

If a city has, for example, 50% hit points left, all freshly built units will have the same percentage of hit points? It also includes gold and faith purchases?

Yes.

If someone conquers a city state and builds Wolrd Wonder in this city. Then someone else liberates it - the said city state keeps WW?

If an embassy is built in a city state, is there any way to destroy this embassy ?

If I build an embassy in a city state, will I still have the vote in the world congress if they cease to be my ally ?

No, you can "claim it via citadel" which will make the City-State eligible to have another embassy again.

Yes.

Patches ago, Venice was forbidden to buy wonders in secondary cities. What was the logic behind that ?
The result is that Venice can't build some terrain-locked wonders any more, nor build more than 1 guilds of each (all in Venice), and can never improve a captured religion.

I thought they couldn't buy national wonders. Weird... Should be something to forward to GitHub if possible.

That does mean they can't reform a captured religion, which is quite bad.
World Wonders I meant. I know Venetian puppets are supposed to be allowed to invest in guilds and national wonders.

In my current game, playing as Venice, my puppets started to build agribusiness dwindling down my horse resources. Is there a way to prohibit certain buildings from being built?

Sadly no, you'll have to put horse units in your production queue of venice behind a process or something.

How about being able to sell buildings in puppets? Would that be feasible?
Haven't thought about the implications of abuse if someone wants to exploit that.
