If you do one city challenge you can raze anything, although this is getting very narrow now :)

I'd guess the glass would be left on the title but I'm not sure exactly how it works.
 
My Civ 5 game window minimizes any time I click on another window. Every now and again it also causes the game to crash, but usually it is just an annoyance. Is there a way to have the game window stay open when doing things in another window?
 
I have noticed some nations might vote for another antion to achieve diplomatic victory. And without these additional votes it would not have happened. What causes this and why this happens?

No. There is a game mechanic called "religious pressure". Look it up if you are interested.
 
If India builds Borobudur, do they still get the free missionaries from it or does their UA block it? Sorry if this is a stupid question or has already been answered :)
 
Im a little rusty: does an embassy of a conquered City State provide a vote in the world congress? I think not, as the CS stops behaving like one once is conquered, but just to make sure. Thanks a lot

You are correct! They don't provide votes if the city stops behaving like a City-State.
 
Does the production boost from Temple of Artemis also affect siege units and/or naval ranged units?
No, only foot ranged and mounted ranged (+light tank and helicopter gunship).

No you will benefit from your own founder bonus (unless you were to inquisition your own Holy City) to benefit from the other.
 
I have read about new Empire Size modificator, but it is still not entirely clear. How is it calculated and how it works?
