I've had two emails from The Courier Company That Must Not Be Named Lest They Barge In Here.

The delay was due to having too much stuff to deliver, so I'm one of the lucky people who got screwed over. They say they've filed a complaint.

The apology was... less than apologetic. They insist they were only trying to be helpful, and I told them that they had not only given me considerable stress, but they'd also made extra work for the moderators (since their posts are considered adspam). So they offered an "if" apology that's not really an apology, and I think I'll just let Amazon know that I definitely don't want them to use this company again.
