Some middle aged guy from the building is taking all these short trips to and from. That's not bad in itself. The problem is that he uses his motorcycle with the muffler taken out. That's annoying as hell.

I just feel like shouting out the window "YOU'RE NOT COOL!" next time.

Another subprime mortgage lender advertising refinancing, since mortgage rates are "near historic lows". What? Who are you fracking kidding?

And naturally the people that they aren't kidding (the ones that are refinancing but are lacking a clue about such concepts as "interest rates" and "newspapers") go into foreclosure.

Best of both worlds for myself is if we don't rebound strongly in the next few years and the rates are manageable because the Fed kept them that way.

I suppose that's all the price of not learning before diving into something.

Actually, FDR was trying to get into war with Nazi Germany, mainly because he was pro-British. He was constantly putting ships in danger, mainly those near the bases of Iceland, where a warship was sunk. So, in a way, America was also the aggressor.

To this day I have never found any dictionary of that kind that is fully acceptable and useable.

I do that sometimes.

Depending on the situation, I don't always return calls. Just because I have a phone does not obligate me to call back every yahoo that calls me. The phone is there for -my- convenience when -I- want to call someone. It's not a ball and chain that I should be tethered to.

My damn braces, without being annoying enough already, have not only had a wire break but have had the 2 halves come out and get lost, and somehow I have an extremely annoying cut in my mouth which was caused one way or another by these damn braces. THEY'RE DRIVING ME FREAKING INSANE!!!!!!!!

I hate braces too....I got this massive sore or blister thing in the back of my mouth because of them, it was so big I couldn't close my mouth properly. Eventually I got annoyed and bit down really hard and the sore or blister or whatever it was burst and there was blood everywhere.....all because of the joyous braces.

Great, now I have 2 different parts of the braces which move and cause even more freaking annonance. Thank you for doing a crappy job with the braces orthodontist.

Seriously, braces just do that anyway. Wires are going to break, and bits of it are going to come loose. If you are going to put great lumps of plastic in your mouth, join them with little wires, and then bite on them incessantly, it's unavoidable.

To avoid cuts, you can get mint-flavoured (well, sorta) wax that you can put on any bits that stick out and cut you, so they don't annoy you while you wait to get it fixed. Your orthodontist should sell it. The best way to deal with braces is just to wait for the day when they come off. Just don't do what I did and start being really lax about how long you brush your teeth for...

Ok, I have braces, but there no where near as bad as you make them out to be? I've had them for a year and a half, and I've only had a wire come out once, and it was a really easy fix that day at the Orthodontist.
Now braces suck, especially when you get punched in the face, but the're not half as bad as you make them out to be.

After a while you get used to them, but when your first get them their hellishly painful. I couldn't eat anything solid for a week.....

I've had 1 wire pop out which gave me a cut, and other occasional sores and cuts. Their annoying thats all there is to it....
