Well, being from the poorer and more pikeyish end of Oxford abouts, we generally consider them all upper class tossers.

I just got a really nice haircut, and the lady who did it was also very nice. She didn't pester me with questions the entire time, nor was she loud and obnoxious. It was very pleasant, and I'm quite content.

Yes, though I believe there is only one A level course at my old high school right now since the Cambridge program is fairly new there, and I think it's A Biology (which just started this year), but we're allowed to take A level tests for things like English/lit, history, and thinking skills if we want to and think we're ready to.
