I read an article a while back that said the options to turn off those snooping features don't really turn them off. Microsoft just put those options there to make people think they have a choice when they really don't.
Microsoft can get around any lawsuit though with the EULA. Microsoft's EULA (which virtually no one ever reads) says that by updating to Windows 10, you are giving them your implied consent to collect data on you. Just merely having Windows 10 on your computer means you are giving them permission to snoop on you. So the only way to truly revoke your consent for them to snoop on you, would be to uninstall Windows 10.

My mom herself suggested to loan me the rest of the money I need for my orchiectomy surgery. Seems like she has finally accepted I'm not cis and she understands I will be happier after transition.
Well, I mean I came out to mom 11 years ago and only in last year she has actually started to consider supporting me. My dad is out of question, he doesn't even understand what it means to have a depression.
I dunno, I felt like sharing. This forum has been something stable in my life since I started looking up strategies how to get better at Civ3.
And yet the concept of implied consent is considered legal and enforceable here in the US. Consumer protection isn't something our leaders take too seriously over here.
I am finally rid of the pathetic chondrichthyan weather films! The Sharknado films are finally done. Tomorrow, the Doctor returns to my screen, and things will be as they should be.
Unwanted animal parts aren't necessarily bad; Feijoada started off as a stew made from beans and the parts of pigs that the Portuguese refused to eat, and it's delicious
