I wonder if the engineers who design cellphones, and presumably work hard to get everything micro-miniaturized to fit in the space they've been allotted, look at those little knobs that people stick on the back to help them hold the phones and think "damn, I could have used that space!"

Not that I've ever owned one of those things, but given that arthritis and fibromyalgia have made me a lot more apt to drop things suddenly, it strikes me as a good idea to have something that would make those easier to hold.

One of my gripes about the modern world is that the designers rarely take disabled customers into account. A prime example is when you have to change the batteries in remotes or other things (like my glucometer). Everything is smooth, with no catches or anything that would make it easy to open the battery compartment. What good does it do to "put pressure" on some part of the thing when you don't know where, and if you can find that place, your hands and fingers aren't strong enough?

It might look nice, but is functionally a nightmare.

yeah , much better with less trolling from this country . Though , still going on . Say , one of the guys who has taken part in the discussion happens to be one who like started the thing for my final ban . Making me a Nazi apologist after me paraphrasing one other guy's post . This last is an internet legend with thick posts that would go against the fashion , he would have a thing or two to say when everybody was a Javelin fetishist a few years back . Actually, a properly breaded piece of meat (chicken or otherwise), properly cooked and with some good tomato sauce and cheese on top of it is a local delicacy here.

But our version doesn't include corn syrup.
