Ok, I played my 10, here's the report:
Turn 20: 3000 BC
Precheck turn, a bit excited at my upcoming first SG turn. Quick check:
74 gold with 4gpt, taxes set at 90%, science at 10%. We met the Ottomans (3 cities) and Americans (2 cities), they are both Cautious. I see purple borders south east, so I am heading there to meet another Civ (I guess France). Settler in Rome is due in 5 turns, growth in 4.
F10 says our opponents are: Maya, Vikings, Chinese, Ottomans, French, Americans and Japanese. Quite tough fellows here.

IBT:
Turn 21: 2900 BC
The warrior in the jungle by France discovers spices. Warrior at the west finds an interesting 2 plains-cows spot. Worker finishes irrigation and I move a citizen to work that square. Rome will now grow in 1.
IBT: The american scout by France is moving 1 tile ahead of us. They will meet France before we do... blast them
Turn 22: 2850 BC
not much. Adjust lux to 10% to prevent riots in Rome. Settler due in 1.
IBT: Rome Settler > Warrior
Turn 23: 2800 BC
Adjust lux back to 0%. Settler is moving toward the hill escorted by the warrior.
IBT: Osman moves his spearman toward Rome...
Turn 24: 2750 BC
move back the warrior to Rome, don't like that spearman next to Rome. Contact with Joan of Arc (polite). She has spices, 20 gold, she's up on Wheel and has 4 cities. Trading The Wheel with Joan is not possible for now. check America&Ottomans: Lincoln has the Wheel too, but doesn't want to trade it either.
IBT: Osman's spearman walks around Rome... don't feel like telling him to piss off, yet.
Turn 25: 2710 BC
the worker starts chopping the grassland forest by our next town.
IBT: nothing.
Turn 26: 2670 BC
Veii founded. Start building Granary. We now have 93 gold and make 5 gpt. Writing due in 24 turns.
Diplomacy: Lincoln is annoyed with us. American and Ottomans are up The Wheel and Mysticism, French are up The Wheel. I buy Mysticism from Lincoln for 90 gold and 4gpt (he is now Cautious again) and sell it plus 3 gold and 1gpt to France for The Wheel. We now have 0 gold and 0gpt :/ (couldn't do any better).
IBT: Rome Warrior > Archer
Turn 27: 2630 BC
The warrior heads to the undefended Veii.
IBT: Osman moves his spearman next to Veii.
Turn 28: 2590 BC
The warrior enters Veii and shows a finger to Osman.
IBT: worker chops the forest (too bad it's not BG).
Turn 29: 2550 BC
Had forgot to check for horses. We have 2 south of Rome, one within 2 squares from Veii (good). Americans are expanding fast toward France and Rome.
IBT: nothing
Turn 30: 2510 BC
Eastern explorer approaches Japan borders, quite near (south of) France.
Comments: after the worker connects Veii to Rome, I think it should go back to connect a Dye.Hopefully the AI will research Iron Working, HBR and Maths (I bet on Joan for this one) and not Writing. Use the forests around Veii to help it finish the Granary ASAP so it can start pulling out settlers.
